South West Brick & Stone are an independent brick and stone specialist and one of the region’s largest suppliers of facing brick and stone. We have been working with them for several years, providing them with a bespoke web platform that includes a CRM system, AI assistants, a quote wizard, and an interpretative spreadsheet tool. SWBS now use the platform for all their ingoing and outgoing supplier and customer quotes, and product management. We continue to work closely with South West Brick & Stone to innovate the platform in response to user feedback and evolving needs.
- CRM Platform: Advanced CRUD system for customer and supplier records, product and quote management. Integrated file / image management system.
- AI Assistants: Using Open AI, built a series of assistants that interpret and process complex quote spreadsheets, assist salespeople with proposals and customer queries.
- Quote Wizard: AI assisted quote import tool. Supplier quote spreadsheets are uploaded and processed using internal logic with AI interpretation. The tool returns insights into the spreadsheet data, picking up potential errors or inconsistencies that need to be resolved before the quote can be sent to customers, and allows salespeople to interact with the data in a more intuitive way to build quotes and proposals.
- AI On Guardrails: All AI assistants are built with strict guardrails, and internal logic is used where possible to reduce the chances of hallucinations or incorrect actions being taken.

SWBS Platform Homepage, including dynamic analytics widgets. Users can personalise their homepage by selecting from a range of widgets, allowing them to access the information and insights that are most relevant to them as soon as they log in.
