AI Staff Pro is a startup AI assistant platform. Each AI Assistant is built specifically for a client's needs, and is designed to integrate with their existing systems and workflows. Additionally, the platform provides pipeline style management tools to help clients manage and track their AI assistants, and monitor their performance and impact.
- AI Assistants: Using Open AI, built a series of assistants that perform a variety of functions, from interpreting complex data and spreadsheets, to assisting with customer queries and proposal building.
- Personalised and isolated knowledge bases: Each client has their own knowledge base that is used to inform the assistants' responses and actions. This allows the assistants to provide personalised and relevant assistance, while also ensuring that each client's data and information is kept separate and secure.
- Pipeline Management: The platform provides pipeline style management tools to help clients manage and track their AI assistants, and monitor their performance and impact.
- AI On Guardrails: All AI assistants are built with strict guardrails, and internal logic is used where possible to reduce the chances of hallucinations or incorrect actions being taken.
SWBS Platform Homepage, including dynamic analytics widgets. Users can personalise their homepage by selecting from a range of widgets, allowing them to access the information and insights that are most relevant to them as soon as they log in.
AI assisted quote import tool. Supplier quote spreadsheets are uploaded and processed using internal logic with AI interpretation. The tool returns insights into the spreadsheet data, picking up potential errors or inconsistencies that need to be resolved before the quote can be sent to customers, and allows salespeople to interact with the data in a more intuitive way to build quotes and proposals.
